Pop Up Shop Goodies!

We quickly hopped on 100 Layer Cake‘s Pop Up Shop with Chez Renee last week. We have been major fans of the shop for a while now and this was the perfect opportunity to indulge. We purchased a gift certificate and got it via email yesterday. This morning we went on a little shopping spree and picked up these goodies…

A sweet little set of Milk Glasses and Basket. Perfect for flowers on the dinner table.

The most wonderful recycled wood cubby to house our crafting supplies.

A fabulous 3 tier wire basket to organize yummy kitchen treats.

Yup. We lucked out! Some serious awesome home goods.

Now for some more items we are coveting.

A pretty painting for the walls

A lighted Bar Sign

A rustic bakery basket

The prettiest 12 diamond pave ring

A gorgeous vintage display box set

those are just a few! See the rest at Chez Renee

The ultimate in wine openers

I got this as a birthday gift from my mother this year and I am so infatuated with it. I have probably opened several unnecessary bottles of wine, just so I could use it. It is a standing cast iron vintage wine opener. It opens and re-corks wine bottles while creating a vintage, rustic feel in the kitchen.

~ a little about the product ~

“Our Founders Wine Opener is a vintner-approved adaptation of a professional cork pull. It’s marked Vintage 022849 – the date of Pottery Barn’s founding.

Standing Wine Opener, 14″ wide x 7″ deep x 25″ high
Iron construction over mango-wood base.”

It’s simple to use, you would be surprised by looking at it.

1. Make sure arm is in the top position.

2. Insert wine bottle.

3. Holding the bottle in one hand pull down on the handle with the other.

4. Bring the bottle down. Pour a glass & enjoy.

You can find it {here}

Adorable Nautical Party

I am so envious of this little boys party it is almost sad.

Brought to us by the wonderful Amy Atlas via Lucie Easterwood. Who said most the of decorations came from her Son’s room. I LOVE the vintage feel and accessories. This would be such a fun DIY party.
