A midnight snack from You are my fave

With our wedding venue being out in the boonies (kind of) and available for overnight stays, we are preparing for late night guests hudled around the fire pit drinking, listening to music, and enjoying the night. As a result we are trying to think of ideas for the evening after the caterers and everyone pack up and head home. Our first choice in catering company has an option for late night snacks and have left it open to us to think of what we would like to serve. Amazing right? Insert this awesome idea from you are my fave. I mean everything she does is amazing, so I am not exactly surprised. But I am digging the inspiration. I would love to be able to put something like this together.

In her goodie box~

Boulder Canyon chips, Izze Sparkling Juice, Chocolove mini bars (the dark chocolate and orange peel is life changing) and packets of Justin’s Nut Butter to spread on crackers.

This would also be an awesome guest gift for visitors staying with you!

Cute DIY

I found these cute Popcorn Hearts on DELICOOKS.

They look so easy to make! Engagement party snacks? : )

This is all you need to do….

  • Materials
  • Wire
  • Popcorn
  • Pliers
  • Transparent Tape

Method

  1. With the help of pliers, twist the wire into a heart shape. But don’t close it up just yet. Start stringing large pieces of popcorn onto the wire. Better still, use different flavors and colors, sold in supermarkets and grocery stores. Make sure you don’t leave any gaps and that the wire is not visible.
  2. Finally, seal the wire up with the pliers.
  3. Put the popcorn heart in a pretty vase or bottle.Keep it from moving about by sticking in plasce. Decorate your vasewith colored ribbons.
